Superior queen room with 2 single beds was ready when we arrived. Central location was a plus.

The location was marvellous and amazing: a market and local supermarkets were within walking distance. I was on a holiday and booked double room with caldera view, access to a terrace for the views, for instance.

It was as expected, had a great stay for 4 nights.

Absolutely incredible view from my room's balcony. Probably the best view on the island! Nicely decorated room, very clean, helpful staff.

You have to pay for the internet (5 euro for 90 minutes) and the wireless reception is terrible (one bar). Santorini is filled with steps that are difficult to ascend and the hotel is no exception, so if you have back/leg etc difficulty be careful, though I think the hotel is as good as it gets stepwise for Santorini's suspect health and safety standards!

Advertised swimming pool was more like a big bathtub! For this much money the breakfast oughtta be richier!

We got a bright superior queen room. the breakfast was plentiful and delicious with bacon and the same view over the caldera which changes daily. - the restaurant food was delightful. - the staff was great and kind. - the location was stunning, relatively close to the Museum of Prehistoric Thira.

Be prepared to walk up and down many steps. You should be fairly good condition and have good physical strength. Even though it is this way, the view and hotel is worth it.

very good location, marco at reception was extremely helpful, and the staff at the pool was very helpful, the location was just a few minutes walk along the caldera to fira, so you are out of the noise and hustle and yet only so close, there was a great restaurant that we ate at called mama something, the hotel knows its on the way to fira you will walk past it, great to watch sunset from, hotel was very clean and comfortable, athough like a cave house, it still have windows and light, although my husband would have preferred a conventional hotel, i thought it was cool. Marco gave us a list of things to do, tours etc if we wanted, told us where to go etc, very helpful.

i cant fault the hotel, and marco was not on duty in the morn ning, but i got annoyed after specifically asking for a wake up call we had a plane to catch, and no one woke us up, we were running for that plane, caught it though, otherwise all hell would have broke loose.lucky for us i woke up 45 mins later, so take an alarm. I will set my alarm in future.

Every detail of the hotel was brand-new, all the staff were wonderful and lovely. We booked an absolutely stunning and fantastic room with 2 single beds and sofa, for instance. It had a refrigerator, a kettle and glassware. Enjoyed this fab stay for 4 nights.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff at Cliff Side Suites were really helpful and made my stay enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could be better.

The hotel offers magnificent view from the rim of the Caldera, the suites are designed as traditional houses.

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable, there was only 3 satellite channels.
